Scope of work:

  • Support in tracking tasks of all departments within Corpagent and report the general status to the Director, including the following departments:
    • – Consulting services: Daily report on new clients & revenue
    • – Service execution
    • – Service renewal
    • – Accounting/financial reports, audits
    • – Marketing:
      • + Monitor marketing programs on schedule, quality and effectiveness.
      • + Check contents in different jurisdictions (15 countries, 3-5 services per country)
  • Check reports, detect abnormal problems of all departments:
    • – Report and find solutions
    • – Manage within your authority, ability or under the guidance of the Director
  • Coordinate work activities assigned by the Director/Board of Directors
    • – In Vietnam
    • – In Singapore, Hong Kong, USA
  • Handle arising tasks as requested:
    • – License/renewal procedures for company’s oversea offices
    • – Internal tasks in overseas offices
    • – Internal working regulations for employees in Vietnam as well as oversea offices
    • – Activity reports to the Board of Directors on business goals under the direction of the Director
  • Support in handling of multi-department cases with clients and partners:
    • – Clients complaints
    • – Unusual issues with suppliers, partners
    • – Negotiation with partners/suppliers on common policies
  • Handle other arising tasks within your authority or under the direction of the Director

Job requirements:

  • Good professional English Skills
  • Secretarial skills & General knowledge
  • Ability to read and understand a variety of business processes subject to different country regulations
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong writing, calculating and data synthesizing skills
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills

Salary and bonus:

From 12 to 15 million (VND)
