Research Specialist

Scope of work:

Support in tracking tasks of all departments within CorpAgent and report the general status to the Director, including the following departments:
- – Consulting services: Daily report on new clients & revenue
- – Service execution
- – Service renewal
- – Accounting/financial reports, audits
- – Marketing:
  - + Monitor marketing programs on schedule, quality and effectiveness.
  - + Check contents in different jurisdictions (15 countries, 3-5 services per country)
Check reports, detect abnormal problems of all departments:
- – Report and find solutions
- – Manage within your authority, ability or under the guidance of the Director
Coordinate work activities assigned by the Director/Board of Directors
Handle arising tasks as requested:
- – License/renewal procedures for company’s oversea offices
- – Internal tasks in overseas offices
- – Internal working regulations for employees in Vietnam as well as oversea offices
- – Activity reports to the Board of Directors on business goals under the direction of the Director
Support in handling of multi-department cases with clients and partners:
- – Clients complaints
- – Unusual issues with suppliers, partners
- – Negotiation with partners/suppliers on common policies
Handle other arising tasks within your authority or under the direction of the Director

3-5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in Southeast Asia
Proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese is a plus
Professional command of English
Interpersonal skill, high common sense, good grasp of conventional knowledge
Willing to travel for business
Ability to read and understand a variety of business processes subject to different country regulations
Ability to work with multiple, multicultural stakeholders
Strong writing, calculating and data synthesizing skills
Strong planning and problem-solving skills
